We were lucky enough to build this beautiful new build property for a fantastic family in heart of Headington in Oxford.
The site originally had a very dated chalet bungalow on it which we needed to completely demolish before we could start the ground works for the new property so the project was very involved from the start to make sure there was as little disturbance to the street and the neighbouring properties as possible.
The property boasts a large kitchen and dining area to the rear and two large reception rooms and a utility room on the ground floor, a master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe with 2 more large bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms 1 with en-suite in the loft area.
Due to our large team of employees who cover every trade we were able to offer the customer a full turn key experience which covered the full build, all landscaping requirements, and complete project management from start to finish which resulted in handing the keys over to the new owners of this fantastic house in only 10 months.
Since we have completed this particular build we have worked on many more properties on the same street and we are very pleased to say that during the project we built a great relationship with our customers and we still keep in touch to this day.
